XTi Return Policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At XTi, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it with the receipt within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team where indicated below to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping instructions will be included with your RMA.  The refund will be processed to your original method of payment upon receiving the returned item.

XTi PULSE+ BioLight requires a subscription to a license for use of the product.  Any subscription fees incurred within such 60-day period will also be refunded.

Note: Items marked “Final Sale” or “Special-Order” are not eligible for return/exchange.

2-Year Hardware Guarantee

We offer a limited 2-year hardware guarantee on all XTi BioLight products. If your product experiences defects in materials or workmanship within two (2) years after the purchase date, we will repair or replace, at our option, the product free of charge. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or abnormal wear and tear. To make a claim under this guarantee, please contact our customer service team where indicated below with your proof of purchase receipt, and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the repair or replacement process.

End User License Subscription

Where applicable, XTi PULSE+ BioLight product requires a subscription to license our exclusive content, firmware and software as well as updates for all operations of the product. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team or by managing your subscription through your online account. Please note that cancellation of the subscription does not affect your hardware guarantee, however, without a license, you will not be authorized to operate the hardware beyond [Subject to change] 40 hours of operation by cancelling the subscription.
