Getting Started with your Biolight
Already have your Biolight? Head over to the Getting Started page for an in-depth guide on how to setup and use your Biolight. There's also a quick-start guide available below.
Quick Start
This isn’t red light therapy, It’s whole body health delivered through the eyes. For optimal results, please follow these instructions:
1. Screw your Biolight into an appropriate lamp, and turn it on
2. Position yourself 3-6 feet from your Biolight
3. Direct the Biolight so it's facing you
4. IMPORTANT: MUST HAVE A CLEAR LINE OF SIGHT TO YOUR EYES
5. For PULSE+ users, you can control your distance in app and automatically see the intensity adjusted
Usage Protocol
Our PULSE Series spans single recipe PULSE products or our new All-in-one PULSE+ product.
For Sleep/Recovery recipes, we recommend using your PULSE or PULSE+ Biolight for at least 30-60 minutes before sleep to help with relaxation and recovery
For Performance recipes, we recommend using your PULSE or PULSE+ Biolight for at least 30 minutes pre workout or consitently during work to boost performance and focus
